HEXPOL-MESGO operation among the finalists of “M&A Award”

The project, in its 15^th edition, is promoted by KPMG and Fineurop Soditic, under the auspices of Bocconi University.

A selected jury awarded the operations of merger and acquisition of 2018, that contributed to increase the competitiveness of the “Italian System”.

Among the awarded categories (Foreign-to-Italy, Italy-to-Foreign, Italy-to-Italy), the HEXPOL-MESGO operation was part of the 3 finalists in the category Foreign-to-Italy.

The prizegiving held at the Assolombarda Convention Center in Milan.
