Pigment masterbatches production

Pigment masterbatches are produced in the Garlasco and Grigno plants in different,
separate departments to avoid contamination among different kinds of raw materials.
The production capacity is 9,000 Ton/year.

In these plants all types of pigment masterbatches are produced, both for thermoplastic and rubber applications
(colours/samples and colours/series, blacks and whites), and for solid or liquid silicone.

Machineries equipped in the production departments allow all masters to be uniform, whether their output is in granules, liquid or pastes.
An in-line control on the whole production process assures total reproducibility of each single batch.
